Last year, as the fourth wave of COVID hit Southeast Asia and the region went into lockdown, our Brand and Culture team had a big challenge to overcome.
As we switched to working from home we were aware that this would come with some obstacles for Vero Squad. How would we make sure that our wellness was put front and center of our work? That our team would not suffer too much with loneliness?
We encouraged our team to share content from their day-to-day lives on their social media channels, and thus the Look & Cook Book was born. We wanted to help our team to feel connected to each other even though we could not be physically together.
As we move back into a hybrid working, our Look & Cook Book has become a way for us to share culture across five different countries, homes and our supercampus office spaces.
