Mabuhay! It’s a warm Filipino greeting that is usually used for expressions similar to “long live,” “welcome,” or “hooray.”
And this month, Vero says, “Hooray!” to another milestone as we have finally opened our doors (literally) in the Philippines. The newly opened office is located at the heart of Metro Manila in Ortigas Center, one of the thriving business districts in the country. The opening of an office in the Philippines is a natural next step for Vero after recognizing the country’s strategic role in helping brands grow regionally and forming the local leadership team last year.

The new office is a professional and cozy space that provides ample workstations, essential office equipment, meeting areas, ergonomic think pods, an accommodating front desk service, and a well-equipped pantry that serves unlimited coffee. And here’s the team’s favorite: a wide, calming view of the business district, overlooking skyscrapers and a golf course.
Having an office in the Philippines gives local team members the best of both worlds, allowing them to take advantage of a hybrid work setup, especially amid the pandemic. We recognize that while remote work allows employees to enjoy more autonomy and privacy, collaboration and facetime with colleagues in an office have distinct benefits.
We’ve been working towards supporting such balance for our employees as we continue to keep the Vero culture ingrained in our offices across the region.
