Vero, Southeast Asia’s leading independent communications consultancy, announced today the reorganization of its practice teams in Vietnam, empowering brands to thrive in the rapidly evolving consumer and digital landscape.
The practice teams will provide targeted strategies for brands and organizations to seize growth opportunities and enhance their market positioning in key industries.
In the travel and hospitality space, Senior PR Account PR Manager Hoang Ngoc Mai will lead efforts in strengthening Vero’s footprint in the tourism sector, where the firm already manages communications for Da Nang International Terminal—one of the country’s key international gateways.
As luxury and wellness spending surges, Associate PR Account Manager Tran Ha Linh will spearhead category-specific strategies to help brands connect with Vietnam’s increasingly aspirational consumers.
Meanwhile, in banking, retail innovation, and new technologies, PR Account Manager Dong Ngoc Bich Ngan will lead Vero’s Innovation Sprint team, helping brands navigate and capitalize on Vietnam’s digital economy.
“Vietnam is at an exciting growth phase—from shifting market dynamics to fast digital adoption and the rise of cross-border commerce, brands are grappling with increasing competition, evolving consumer expectations, and the need for more agile, insight-driven strategies to stay ahead,” commented Vero’s VP for Brand Influence Nguyen Thi Trinh.
“By establishing these new practice teams, Vero aims to equip brands with the innovative thinking, creativity, and local knowledge needed to craft impactful narratives, foster deeper consumer connections, and navigate the complexities of an increasingly digital and globalized market.”
With offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vero has been a driving force in Vietnam’s communications industry since taking full ownership of its operations in 2019. Today, the firm has nearly 35 professionals and a portfolio of top-tier Vietnamese and international clients.
