Following the successful launch of influencer recruitment platform MicroFluent, Vero hosted the first-ever MicroFluent Open House for select influencers and content creators at the Vero SuperCampus in Bangkok on July 5, 2025.

Held with the support of vivo, the event served as a proper introduction to the MicroFluent network for influencers in Thailand, with emphasis on community-building, creative growth, and career advancement. Designed as an intimate gathering to ensure a premium quality experience and deeper connections, 29 influencers and creators were invited to take part in the event. Future Open House events and workshops under the MicroFluent banner will feature more participants and extend learning and networking opportunities to influencers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Throughout the event, attendees engaged in interactive sessions on storytelling techniques for impactful content creation, building unique personal branding, and leveraging their reach to secure brand partnerships that align with their style, voice, and values. Prominent KOLs Babyjolystar (Ruekrut Rungjang) and Dreambarcode (Titipan Pantu) joined as guest speakers, sharing their own journeys as creators and offering participants practical tips and best practices for sustaining a successful career in such a competitive space.

“MicroFluent Open House wasn’t just a gathering of influencers and content creators—it was an avenue for learning and connection,” said Umaporn Whittaker-Thompson, Vero Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Influence. “At Vero, we’ve always emphasized how vital influencers have become in brand reputation and trust-building. And for us, the only way to craft the most effective brand-influencer campaign is by nurturing content creators, especially those who are just starting out, as they find their unique voice, refine their craft, and build meaningful relationships with brands and audiences alike.”

The launch of MicroFluent has created a new channel for emerging creators to gain greater exposure and get priority access to local and regional brand collaborations that have been carefully vetted by Vero’s team of influencer specialists.

As they start working on brand campaigns and grow their revenue, Thai creators need to handle their finances effectively and understand relevant tax requirements. To provide guidance, the MicroFluent Open House also featured a comprehensive session on finance and tax by Vero’s Chief Financial Officer, Thanpitcha Suksawad, covering topics such as managing taxes for freelancers and preparing financial documents, including quotations and invoices.

“At Vero, we believe empowering influencers means going beyond content creation—it includes equipping them with the financial literacy essential for a sustainable, responsible influencer career,” noted Suksawad. “A strong understanding of financial management, from tax filing policies to income documentation, can help influencers make informed decisions about budgeting, saving, and investment—all of these are fundamental in ensuring they thrive as independent entrepreneurs.”
