Wardah collaborated with Vero to turn Colourverse into a moment of empowerment and inspiration for women in Indonesia.

Brief

To reinforce Wardah’s position as Indonesia’s No. 1 beauty brand in Southeast Asia and its leadership as a Color Expert, the brand introduced Colourverse, a first-of-its-kind experience in Indonesia that blended science, art, technology and global expertise in beauty and color. Designed to help women across Indonesia and Southeast Asia discover their personal color based on skin tone and undertone, Colourverse invited audiences to see color not just as a shade on a palette, but as a tool for self-expression and confidence.

Wardah collaborated with Vero to turn Colourverse into a moment that the wider public would see, understand, and trust. Our role was to design and manage the press launch and a series of talk show sessions, using media engagement to build credibility, extend reach beyond the event venue, and frame Colourverse as a breakthrough in personalized beauty.

Execution

Vero curated a media mix that reflected the multidimensional nature of the Wardah Colourverse, inviting journalists and creators from lifestyle, technology, and business outlets. This ensured the story travelled beyond traditional beauty pages, positioning Colourverse at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and consumer insight. Coverage was designed to live both on owned platforms and across media social channels, multiplying touchpoints with audiences.

To support clear and consistent storytelling, we built all PR materials around a unified storyline. From media invitations and briefs to speeches and on-stage scripts, every element was designed to reinforce a single message, helping women find and own their personal color with confidence.

At the event, media guests experienced Colourverse first-hand. Each attendee received a personal color test and consultation with color experts, allowing them to understand the science behind the concept while seeing its everyday benefits. This direct, tailored experience encouraged richer storytelling, more accurate explanations of the methodology, and highly engaged coverage that reflected the event’s true impact.
