You will be designing new culture programs, ensuring that team members are driven by Vero’s values and are taken of and feel supported. You will be developing creative and engaging initiatives so that team members can strive in an open-minded, creative, and intellectually challenging environment. Aside from delivering the company’s culture to Vero’s teams in Vietnam, you will also be taking part in regional culture planning, ensuring that Vero team members across South East Asia take part in the agency’s culture program. Finally, part of your time will be dedicated to communicating this culture beyond Vero’s teams and to the industry in general – positioning Vero at the forefront of the places to work for both in Vietnam and in ASEAN.
You will be reporting directly to the HR & Culture Business Partner.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an internal communication role in an international firm.
• Passionate about thought-provoking office culture and committed to team members’ wellbeing
• Extrovert, curious, ambitious, and highly creative.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken. Ability to work in an international environment
• You were leading activity groups in school, or after school – you understand the role of branding in communication, and the power of communication to build strong groups of people.
Travel and Place of Work
Your usual location for work will be the company’s office in Vietnam. Your place of work may vary depending on the Company’s needs, including Thailand, Yangon, or other locations as instructed from time to time. Additional expenses, incurred by you as a result of the Company directing that you work from a location other than your usual location, will be reimbursed by the Company.
Standard working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday through Friday. This may vary depending on workload and client needs. Extra hours worked on week-ends can be equally traded for extra personal leave, after discussing with your manager.
